Neil Grant

Dr. Neil Grant is a Senior Climate and Energy Analyst at Climate Analytics, where his work focuses on producing and assessing decarbonisation scenarios at the global and national level. He looks at what individual countries need to do to deliver 1.5°C compatible action, and identifies opportunities to close the ambition gap and achieve the goals of the Paris Agreement. Neil earned his PhD at the Grantham Institute, Imperial College London, where he critically analyzed how carbon capture and storage (CCS) and carbon dioxide removal (CDR) are represented in integrated assessment models.
