Ana Toni
Ana Toni is the National Secretary for Climate Change at the Brazilian Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change. An economist with a PhD in Political Science, Ana has a long track record of promoting projects and public policies aimed at social justice, the environment and climate change. Ana was Executive Director of the Instituto Clima e Sociedade - iCS (2015-2022), President of the Board of Greenpeace International (2010-2017), Director of the Ford Foundation in Brazil (2003-2011) and ActionAid Brazil (1998-2002). She has been an advisor to the Gold Standard Group, the Baobá Fund for Racial Equity, Light and Vibra Energia, IPAM, among others. She is a member of the Network of Brazilian Women Leaders for Sustainability.
