Leah Ramoutar

Leah is the Director of Environmental Sustainability at Aviva, where she leads the Group’s Climate Centre of Excellence to deliver its net zero ambition and nature strategy.

Prior to joining Aviva, Leah was at Phoenix Group for 14 years, serving as the Head of Climate and Nature Risk. She also previously held roles at European Capital and Rianta Capital, focused on pan-European equity and venture capital investing; and within the corporate finance practice of KPMG London, advising financial institutions and energy clients. She started her career in sustainable finance, supporting the SME sector across the Caribbean and South America.

Leah is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a graduate and Associate of King’s College, University of London.
