Oliver Oliveros

Oliver serves as Coordinator of the Agroecology Coalition and head of the Coalition Secretariat, bringing a wealth of expertise in sustainable agriculture, food systems, and international development. Previously, he was interim Executive Director of the Global Alliance for the Future of Food, supporting a coalition of foundations dedicated to more sustainable and equitable food systems. He has held roles such as Deputy Director of Partnerships and International Relations at Agropolis Fondation, and Global Coordinator of the DURAS Project, fostering collaboration between science and civil society. Oliver also worked with the Global Forum on Agricultural Research (GFAR) at FAO, focusing on agricultural research partnerships.

Earlier in his career, Oliver served with the Ministry of Socio-economic Planning in Manila, Philippines, where he contributed to agricultural project evaluation, investment programming, and the country’s Agenda 21 and Medium-Term Development Plan.
