Key Challenges and Issues for the Loss and Damage Fund

At the last day of COP29, civil society and Government representatives from Germany and the Global South discuss the state of Loss and Damage in the negotiations and assess a possible outcome from a Global South perspective. Together we will discuss the function of the Loss and Damage Fund and funding arrangements and what is needed to serve the most vulnerable populations.

We will discuss the outcome of COP29 together with:
